is the Chamber Gold Program?
A. The Chamber Gold program is a unique membreship benefit
offered through participating Chambers of Commerce. The
program provides members with affordable health plan choices
and substantial dicounts off a variety of Chamber members'
goods and services. You can contact one of our participating
Chambers for complete details.
Q. Who qualifies to be a CHAMBER GOLD member?
A. Any participating Chamber of Commerce member - at any
membership level - can particpate in the CHAMBER GOLD program.
Q. What are the advantages of CHAMBER GOLD membership?
A. CHAMBER GOLD membership allows members to take advantage
of participating healthcare discounts, up to 50% off of deductibles
and co-payments, not to exceed 25% of the entire bill, at
participating hospitals. This alone can save the member far
more than the cost of CHAMBER GOLD membership and represents
a real value to members. The member pays at the time of service
using any provider-accepted payment method. Also, the Chamber
has arranged a host of medical and nonmemdical MEMBER TO MEMBER
discounts available only through the CHAMBER GOLD program.
Q. Is there an annual CHAMBER GOLD membership
fee?
A. Yes. There is a $50 annual fee per primary family member.
Your CHAMBER GOLD membreship fee can be paid by check or credit
card directly to the Chamber or the Chamber can even bill
you for the amount due. If you wish one of our health plans
consultants can collect the fee at the time of their visit.
Q. How do I use the CHAMBER GOLD membership
card?
A. Just present your CHAMBER GOLD membership and at any participating
hospital facility ar the time of service. Your discounts will
be applied to your bill. Special MEMBER TO MEMBER medical
and non-medical discounts are offered under separate and individual
terms and conditions established by each member vendor.
Q. When will I receive my CHAMBER GOLD membership
kit?
A. You should receive your CHAMBER GOLD program kit within
one week following your acceptance into one of the approved
health benefit plans. The kit will include your Membership
card and list of MEMBER TO MEMBER discounts. You can use our
card immediately taking advantage of the many money saving
opportunities through your CHAMBER GOLD membership.
