Complete Care Access Plan (CCAP)
The
Chamber Complete Access Plans (Value Access Plan, Preferred
Access Plan & Premier Access Plan) combine the benefits
employers and individuals continually ask for in an affordable
and convenient package. The Plans offer flexibility by allowing
additional insurance to be added according to the client's
needs and budget. Plans cover newborns through age 63, and
have many of the same features found in more expensive group
plans. Prices start at $99.95 for individuals and $155.95
for families, including the cost of CHAMBER GOLD membersip.

PERMIER
ACCESS PLAN
(Same as PREFERRED ACCESS PLAN, except with higher
Major Medical Limits. Works very well with a true Catastrophic
Coverage Plan).
